 Meeting a required OPS every period that consists mostly by providing excellent service where people want to be a part of their neighborhood whether it be through connecting them with their
pastime or bringing in to the new era in a very technical evolving field.
 Setting up subscriptions as well as processing payments for customers in over 85 different publications all over the nation including the Greenville News and USA TODAY.
 Fortune 500 Company.
 Once a month earned commission in 5 different requirements as a technical agent including quality, adherence, sales, saves, and monthly focus.
 Daily troubleshooting on all Gannett publication websites with customers.
 Always met goal in the top 3 of my team on quota for commission every period.

DTV Agent, Troubleshooting Customer Service Representative January 2013-May 2014
 Troubleshooting DTV products with customers over the phone and email.
 Scheduling appointments for Samsung Technicians to evaluate the product and repair costs if any out of warranty labor would be done on the product.
 Basic computer skills. Often would set up repair tickets for customers at their own homes with Samsung authorized technicians or help them find someone in their area.
 Set up service requests for out of warranty repairs that customers refused or were upset with having to pay for their repairon the product/s.
Inbound emails and call on an 8-10 hour shift.

 Prepare orders of platters, dinners and events for customers and numerous businesses, families, and companies.
 Sliced deli meat with an electric slicer and proper protection equipment for my hands for customer’s daily as part of my regular routine.
 Baked, fried, and cooked varieties of foods in the deli as the Kitchen Runner.
 Responsible for off loading trucks when store shipments came in. I would take the different products, tools, and materials to the correct departments and help sorting in proper locations.
 Constant interaction with customers and I loved doing so.
 Occasionally fill in up front in customer service and the cashier positions if short handed and handled emails, phone calls, and money orders.

 Handled orders coming in on trucks from all over the country and unloaded accordingly to the plan sheet and order numbers.
 Used electric pallet jacks and standard pallets jacks to unload the trucks, and to take to the correct department for further handling.
 Regular shift required being on my feet for a 12 hour shift to pick and pack 1,200 shoes for production on some days, other days using the different assembly lines for shipping and receiving.
 Acquired some training in forklift with pulling orders from the receiving and shipping trucks. Also, used the forklift to separate orders up in the racks throughout the warehouse for proper
storage and shipping.
 Corrected orders that came to a certain department that were big orders for big clients using RF units, hand held computer to scan and find correct locations and product information through
out the warehouse.
