Objective
My objective is to learn the skills that it takes to own and operate a small business in the world today. The
job market is growing bigger and bigger with that I wish to grow as an employee and build a solid
foundation within a company.
Ability Summary
To start off I am a hard worker. I love to work with all kinds of people and have excellent customer service
skills. I can type 60-80 wpm,10 key 7500, ability to multi-task,and answer multiple phone line systems. Fax,
scan, email, shred, photo copy, file papers, take notes and messages. I have strong organizational skills
and pay full attention to accuracy and detail. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power point,
Outlook, Quick books as well as other computer programs. I have the ability to learn fast, retain knowledge
and listen to small details in a well manured setting. I am always focused on what needs to be done with a
smile on my face. I am that person who can gets the job done by any means in a timely fashion. I have
great references and would love to work for you.

Sell merchandise, such as women's shoes and apparel to consumers. Customer service such as greeting
of customers and helping them to find the perfect shoe of their choice. Pulling of shoes from the back
room sometimes several trips back and forth until the customer finds what they are looking for. Sales and
promotion of in store promotions and sales. Cashiering and money handling for purchases and credit card
applications. General area pick up clean up of the shoe display area.

Answered incoming calls on a multi line phone system for people needing to reserve rides as well as
same day rides. Set up and dispatch rides for the same day, next day, and future rides. Schedule rides
for the next day "Time Calls" along with schedule ding of drivers for the next day. Billing for our third party
transportation account. Bookkeeping, typing 60-80 wpm, word processing, 10 key, office machine
operation, and filing. Billing for Access@Care and communication within the company. Updated driver
personal files, ordered DMV driver records, scan, fax, and emailed information as needed through out the
company. General clean up of office area. Talked within the company along with Access2care which is
the main account I billed for daily and weekly for the company. I also dispatched rides for customers and
drivers with the knowledge of many dispatch programs such as MTS & GPS tracking. Accepted daily
rides along with reservations for future rides. Use of Excel to make spread sheets for debts owed to the
company.

Access2Care daily and weekly. Thursday and Friday I totaled up drivers amounts of moneys owed from
the company. General office clean up. Filed driver files and updated them with new insurance cards, DMV
driver records, driver permits, ODL and made sure everything was current. Some days I worked as a
dispatcher as needed. As a dispatcher I answered a multi line phone system, use of 10 key, typing 60-80
wpm, used DDS gps system, Access2care ride portal, along with dispatching of rides and taking
