• Pork is one of the meats consumed many of the Filipinos. This the
reason why among livestock growers, swine raising is the most
popular.
• Pigs are easy to raise because they are not difficult to feed. They
can eat any food such as kitchen leftovers, rejected vegetables,
camote, cassava, gabi, and even banana trunks. They also just
require simple housing.

b.3. Hog Finisher – for 60 kilos and above and are aged 6
months and above.
c. Combination – uses ad libitum feeding up to 60 kilos weight
pigs, then restrict diet is applied until the pig is ready for sale.
