Performance Improvement Plans (SPIPs) and drawing of Action Plans (APs)

SMCs/PTAs in Northern and Upper-West Regions to make them responsive to improve

 Successfully organized stakeholders’ forum on ‘Evaluation of BECE Results (2012)’ in the
Northern Region to discuss Challenges and Way Forward
 Successfully planned, monitored, and evaluated Pupils Performance (P3) in 20 Districts in

 GES/CARE International Master Trainer/Facilitator for the Partnership for Accountable
Governance in Education (PAGE) which was implemented by CARE Ghana in 2010-2013.
 Worked as a Regional Trainer for GES and supported the National INSET Unit (NIU) of the
TED to implement the national institutionalized INSET programme from 2010-2014
 Taught Physics and Engineering Science at the SHS level for eight (8) years.
 Trained by DLA on Planning, Budgeting and Sourcing for Donor funds (DFID) for Training
 In-depth knowledge in reporting online through Google Drive to DLA and donor partners
 In-depth knowledge in gender analysis
 Posses in-depth knowledge in ICT4AD and the Ghanaian Educational system and policies
 Organises and Facilitates Workshops
