• Cost Reduction of Biscuits Production Line: through designing and implementing improvements on the corresponding
machinery, in which I was successful to optimize the machinery to reduce production waste (mainly through the
Packaging Machine Feeder System).

executing the assembly, testing, and production of a new pasta and spaghetti lines at the dry food processing in Accra-
Ghana.
• Successful Factory Physical Migration to a New Location: where I was accountable for planning and managing the
migration of our 9000 meter square factory from one location to another. I was also responsible for testing the proper
production and governing the operation afterwards.
• Managing a Team of 150 Employees: divided between technical and operational teams.
• Provide Consultation for Equipment & Machinery Procurement: where new factory management counted on my
personal experience and assessment to recommend selection and procurement of new equipment and machinery.
