• Performs duties as an Instructional Systems Specialist developing programs of instruction in twenty eight
different courses.
• Processes student evaluations through the AETC Technical Training Management System (TTMS) and
provides monthly end-of-course reports using the Upfront COGNOS platform of the AETC TTMS.
• Applies Air Force Instructional Systems Development (ISD) and Army Systems Approach to Training
(SAT) to course analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Plans, coordinates, designs and validates instruction.
• Prepares documents and reviews the technical and economic data to support the acquisition of
instructional systems and services.
• Develops, reviews, and revises instructional materials plans of instruction, lesson plans, course charts,
equipment listings, student instructional materials, and measurement devices using the Interactive
Courseware Implementation System (ICIS) and the Training Development Capabilities (TDC) in
