Something to describe myself is that I am a cheerful person who enjoyed working in team yet
able to work independently. Always optimistic when problem appear and will try my best to find
ways to solve it. Having a positive can do attitude that always strive for customer satisfaction

7. How volunteering in F1 have benefited me.
Having volunteering in f1 roles for 4 years taught me many things such as how to communicate
well with people and how to handle different personalities. Most importantly is that when a
problem appear. We do not have much time to think and act upon it, hence our decision must be
swift and no mistake can be done as our teammate lives depend on us. So what I learnt is to be
always prepared and alert on what’s going on the surrounding and staying calm when problem
appear.
How event management benefits me
Having to deal with people with all walks of lives and hearing different views of theirs and best
accommodate all into one project. As problem always appear during a live event, I learnt to be
calm and find the best way to solve it and minimize dispute among people and provide a solution
that both party agree. I have learnt how to plan and arrange the time flow of the whole event and
making sure everything goes as planned.
