2. Key Skills
Communication
In all of my jobs I have been able to effectively communicate and ensure that the needs of
customers are met. This is due partly to my personality but also to my well developed
communication skills, and mature approach to working with people. I would have regularly
communicated with multidisciplinary colleagues at all levels and empathise accordingly.
In my role as Producer/Director/Writer on our course productions I have been strongly relied
upon by my peers to bring visions to life and effectively communicate my ideas.
Team Player
I demonstrate strong leadership skills and have always been a team player, this is evidenced in
my work at Belfast Met College on my course in which I was regularly selected as Producer and
Director for projects by my peers, A Level Coursework, group work and part time jobs.
Achieved commitment, success and initiative within group.
Decision Judgement
Pragmatic thinker who listens to everyone’s opinion and then takes a lead to ensure decisions are
thought through and will result in maximum success.
I have also taken on leadership roles within College group productions and tasks.
Self-Management
Practiced organisational skills in work, during study and when arranging shooting schedules for
film productions. In my position as Producer/Director I have been required to pitch the
production, write/edit the script, arrange castings as well as cast actors, prepare the shoot
including location scouting and practice shoots, all before production has begun.
EMPLOYMENT
Lifestyle Sports - Sales Team Leader (Member of Management) - March 2017 - Present
Started this job as a Customer Service Advisor in a brand new store, within 8 months I was
promoted to management level
Main duties and responsibilities include; opening and closing the shop, managing and directing
my team on the shop floor, dealing with customer queries and complaints, driving sales and
targets, cash handling and dealing with tills and the safe.
I was promoted to management because I had an unparalleled level of passion and commitment
to my role and the Area Manager saw me as a natural leader.
My knowledge of sports products, for example running and fitness clothing and footwear, and
football boots was very low when I began my role. However, due to my ability to adapt to any
role I take on I made it my business to learn details of products in order to improve customer
service and sales.
I would regularly be appraised by my manager and area manager for my commitment and
attitude to my work.
I also took it upon myself to bring tools into work to various out basic handyman duties in order
to the keep the store looking pristine, which shows I am always willing to go the extra mile.

I would receive regular feedback for my excellent customer service, my efficiency, and my
friendly attitude
