I am going to use the lighter
colours on my main title, over a
dark background so my main
title stands out over the
background.
I am also going to include images that use these
colours. This is because brighter colours stand out
more over a darker background, and stand out to
the audience more.
For my text I am going to use darker colours so
they are not to bright, as I am more likely to
put my text over a lighter image or background.

This font is simple and looks
professional. This font would
look appealing in different
colours.
Times New Roman, would look
good and effective as text in a
magazine, as it’s simple and
looks professional.
Arial Black would be good
as the main title of a
magazine as it is bold and
when in a bright colour it
would stand out well over
a dark background.

7. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
Photoshop document might not save. Back up the work via email.
Blurry images Pick the right images before using them on the
magazine.
Font might be unclear. Make sure you choose a clear font, the text is
readable.
Text colour might be not very visible. Make sure you pick a colour that isn’t the same
colour at the background.
Memory stick could break which results in
losing all work.
Back-up all work.
Internet might not work. Have images ready.

8. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be

Dehydration Drink water.
Stress Make sure you're not behind on deadlines.
Headaches Take little rests, also lower the brightness of
the screen.
Eye strain Make sure the monitor is level and not too
high.
Back pains Make sure your back is supported.
Discomfort Make sure the work place isn’t cramped.
