• Monitor, expedite, gather, and input information on rail shipments in the IntelliTrans’ tracking
system.
• Collaborate with vendors, account managers, helpdesk, and other support specialists to
investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Support the customer through phone and email.
• Research and obtain billing for customer’s railcars as needed.
• Ensure the customer’s Bill of Lading is processed in IntelliTrans system and transmitted to
railroads.
