Debrief with results from the SIGMA Testing MEIA tool. Learn
to use emotional intelligence as a framework for leadership.
Practice using empathy to approach a difficult situation with
live actors in four realistic “tough conversations”.
Complete a self-assessment tool on leadership styles, both
in normal conditions and under stress. Understand the
strengths and weaknesses of tactics you tend to rely on.
See the importance of relationships and credibility with
group workshops on structured problem solving. Use specif-
ic tools and processes in simulated real-world scenarios.
Face a complex, computer and role-play based team simula-
tion, overcoming both conflicting goals and asymmetric in-
formation on high-stakes expedition to Mount Everest.
Reflect on your own unique leadership challenges and draw
best practices from a facilitated discussion and video case.
Simulate challenging interpersonal relationships with live
role-play. Workshop best practices for using emotional intel-
ligence in groups and test those solutions with live-actors.
Learn strategies for soft persuasion and negotiating group
dynamics. Draw lessons from a video case on the use of in-
fluence in organizations.
Practice fundamental negotiation and mediation skills, using
group role-play to simulate conflict resolution scenarios.
