deliver a modern and
contemporary office
fitout.
DESIGN
The new office
combines open-
plan workspace with
an auditorium, and
a large kitchen to
host functions and
seminars weekly.
Bright, bold wall
graphics and furniture
choices bring light
and colour into the
space. Engineers
Australia now have
a much needed
expanded space to
accommodate their
growing business,
while simultaneously
refreshing their new
office space to boost
productivity and
business performance.
VALUE
MANAGEMENT
SHAPE worked
closely with the client
and the architect
to formulate value
engineering solutions
to ensure the office
fitout was delivered
to the company’s
standards and
budget. SHAPE were
recommended via
the architect as the
client had not worked
with SHAPE prior.
The client benefited
from SHAPE’s ability
to value engineer the
programme and price,
whilst also fixing any
buildability issues to
save time and money.
TIGHT TIMEFRAME
SHAPE was selected
for this project as
we were the only
company who could
meet the required
timeframe. Engineers
Australia had a critical
move in date, so it
was vital that SHAPE
could complete the
project on time. The
programme was
met and Engineers
Australia was satisfied
with the project
outcome.
