The Balance project in Sheffield involved redesigning the reception space for CBRE Global Investors over 10 months from April 2014 to February 2015. Preferred Spaces was commissioned to create a contemporary reception area that solved environmental and access issues, introduced both traditional and new media displays, and re-planned the space with a new revolving door, reception desk, seating area, and controlled 24-hour access.
