 Preparing JDs Posting the Jobs in the Portals and in Social Networking sites as per Client
Requirement.
 Totally in to IT recruiting process.
 Making a call explaining the JD to the candidates.
 Screening them over phone and Scheduling Interviews
 Taking the confirmation through mails and calls sending mails.
