Personal statement
Currently, I am a HR coordinator in Golden Koala Chinese Film Festival, my duty is
recruiting, drawing up contract, doing performance evaluation and so on. During the
event, I am also helping my boss doing event management, such as making event
procedure and control award ceremony. Before I become the HR coordinator, I was a
volunteer in ACGI job fair in 2014, which was holding by MIMO.
I got my master degree from University of Sydney in 2014, and my major is master of
Human Resource and Industrial Relations. My second master degree is Marketing and
Public Relations, which graduated from Top Education Institute in 2014 as well. My
specifications contains HRM, Event management, MKT and PR, among them, I am
more good at HRM, including human resource management, organizational
communication, HR strategies, talent management, and employment law.
Before I went to Australia, I got my bachelor degree from Macau University of
Science and Technology. My major is Business Administration (Human Resource
Management). During my bachelor study, I have an internship in a papermaker
company, and did the HR jobs in China. In addition, I have been participated in
badminton game and took second place in team competition when I was in high
school. While studying in Macao, I have been participated in school sports meeting as
a volunteer.
Even though I only have little working experience in Australia, I have rich
knowledge, and good communication skills, and I am willing to learn
new skills and knowledge to gain more working experience. I believe I can

2. help your company managing the organization well and developing
sustainability, at the same time, help expanding the brand no matter in
Australia or in other countries. I am also believe I can develop my career
well while working in your organization.
Key Skills
I have general HR skills in terms of my previous major as well as my current position.
Besides, I am also having MKT and PR skills based on my second major, and some
event management skills during the Chinese Film Festival. Therefore, I am qualified
with general HR position requirements, event management requirements, and
marketing requirements. From the perspective of language, I can use English fluently,
beyond English and Mandarin, I can speak Cantonese fluently as a native speaker. I
am sure Cantonese is my language advantage.
