Executive Assistant & Claim/Client Coordinator
January 2011 – July 2015 Munderloh Financial Group, LLC Addison, TX
While working as Mr. Munderloh’s assistant, my core responsibilities where primarily to; manage
his calendar, CRM and physical files, retain clients and improve relations, preform general office tasks,
export information for spreadsheets and mailing lists and oversee Munderloh Financial Group’s sister
company, Operation Veteran’s Assistance. However, the range of tasks required of my position was
highly varied and included innumerable miscellaneous duties. It was frequently my privilege to assist
Mr. Munderloh with creative problem solving, managing third parties, researching and suggesting
vendors, and implementing new business practices. I regularly assisted in arranging seminars and
marketing campaigns, and personally visited Assisted Living Facilities to acquire new contacts.
Quality Control and In-field Contractor Manager
December 2009 - January 2011 ARC Preservation Garland, TX
Reviewing and improving the quality of work orders for bank-owned real-estate, was my major
function with ARC. This principally consisted of receiving pictures and information from contractors
around the country, and processing those submissions as evidence of the work completed. My secondary
duty became communicating and negotiating with noncompliant contractors, which required creative
problem solving to provide clients with good quality in a timely fashion. I also maintained a list of
independent contractors who required disciplinary action and worked with the hiring administrator to
repair holes in our coverage areas.
Software Data Aggregator / Content Ninja
April 2009 - November 2009 Bridge Metrics Addison, TX
As a “Content Ninja” I collected marketing material (brochures, white papers etc.) and organized
what I gathered to be uploaded as content for Bridge Metrics’ marketing material storage and delivery
platform. To satisfy the ever-changing needs of the site’s subscribers, I was responsible for continuous
provisioning of up to date, relevant resources. Additionally, I managed a customer profile mining
engine, to collect new leads and contacts, which I then cleaned and organized into call lists. I was also
my responsibility to operate as the websites help desk, though phone, email and instant message.
