Product Specialist January 2014 to Current Date
Promoted to Product Specialist in January 2014, responsibilities in this role include; providing sales tools
application expertise and product support to customers and field sales organization by answering
technical/application/customer specification questions within agreed upon time frame. Maintain integrity and
accuracy of product data. Provide coordination and resolution of problems within the database. Conduct
product training for internal and external customers. Keep Technical Support up to date on new product
features. Work closely with cross functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Customer Service
and Technical Support, Business Applications, and Global Team. Work closely with Marketing to create or
update product support literature and implement promotional strategies. Act as an advocate of the end user;
listen to the inputs and needs from the customer and use that to create features that are convenient and
worthwhile.
Marketing Coordinator July 2010 to Current Date
Hired to work as a Temp within Product Management and Marketing Communications to enter data for a new
database that was being developed (PIM- database software). Responsible for entering all of the product’s
technical data into an excel spreadsheet. Grew with the project; often giving insights and opinions on the
development of the software. Hired permanently in April 2011 as Marketing Coordinator. Role responsibilities
include but are not limited to; PIM database management (oversees rules, procedures and standards for access
and maintenance of shared data, ensuring data integrity and quality), Website technical data management
(launching of new products, updating and archiving current products), Coordination of projects (PIM, SAP
pricing, ThomasNet 3D drawings, RSD Webinars, Enews campaigns), Train PM’s on how to manage their
products and utilize PIM to the best of their abilities, Develop and provide custom customer reports (ALC,
Concerto, BAS, BidTracer). In this role I have learned how to prioritize and manage heavy work flow without
direct supervision. My close attention to detail and perfection has helped alleviate errors and proven to
effectively provide more productive work hours.

offer/acceptance letters; assisted coaches with player measurements tracking; assisted in academic and

Assistant to the Director of Student Affairs responsible for the development of new student Welcome Packets
and creation of student communications and advertisement brochures. Activities involved negotiating and
obtaining local business discounts and advertisements.
Resident Assistant – Housing August 2007 – May 2009
Responsible for 50 residents/students at Western Connecticut State University’s Pinney Hall. Activities included
inventory of all residents’ rooms, decorations in halls, creation of educational bulletin boards, hall monitoring,
worked the resident hall’s security desk including mail distribution; creating and hosting programs that
promoted comradery, school spirit and student education of social and school issues; and most importantly as
a student peer, offered a safe place for students.
