Summary of Experience
I have more than 15 years working experience in oil, gas and petrochemical
industry. I’ve been involved in the plant construction project, static equipment,
tank and piping inspection, planning, preparation and execution of turnarounds. I
started my career as an Inspection Technician in Petronas Penapisan (Melaka)
Sdn. Bhd. ( Petronas Second Refinery) and over the years have worked in
various Oil and Gas Plant in the area of inspection activities, construction,
fabrication and installation work.

1. OXO-Syngas – April 2015 Plant Turnaround
- Prepare Scheme of Examination (SOE), produce Inspection Work Flow,
coordinate inspection activities between owner and contractors, review
job-pack, liaise with mechanical and operation department regarding
inspection scope of works and DOSH (government authorities’)
requirement.
2. Plant Corrosion Monitoring – Static Equipment and Piping
- Organize corrosion monitoring activities as per inspection and RBI plan,
dealing with third party inspector and NDT company for the contract out
works, response to on call and emergent works in live plant.
