10 years to be expose in NDE/NDT Inspector and included 3 years as Welding Inspector, testing,
fabrication and erection for power plant, Oil and Gas project and General Industries. Familiar in
various codes and standard such as AWS D1.1, ASME VIII , ASME B 31.1, ASME B31.3 and FMC spec
as per client specifications.

WORK DESCRIPTION
QC / NDE / Welding Inspection
- Perform NDE inspection UT/MT/PT and visual inspection as per FMC spec
- To perform UT test on raw material such as forging ,bar stock ,hollow bar and gate valve and to
perform UT on Weldment, cladding to conform their bond integrity for surface & subsea product
- To perform NDE at well jumper up & down stream and flow-loop pipe
- To perform hardness testing at the block and flow-loop pipe
- To ensure that NDT equipment in or custody is utilized , maintained and stored efficiently
- Prepare the report base on FMC spec ,API 6A/API 17D,ASTM and client requirement
- Performing good inwards inspection, material verification such as forging, pipes and finish
component and visual inspection as for QA/QC manual and client specification.
- Work among QC inspector with NDT In-house/sub-cont. timely and expedite completion of NDT
work and submission of NDT report.
- Perform inspection to ensure fabrication construction a per specified drawing given,
- Verify resolutions for any NCR/CAR’s are in accordance with authorized disposition,
- Perform source inspection for sub cont /vendor fabrication for Sub-sea structure.
- Update and complete all inspection report for records and traceability were able to identify
accordingly.
- Perform inspection such as verify material incoming especially certification and quality, visual
and dimensional inspection before and after.
- Conduct inspection with TPI (3rd party) witness for NDE, dimension check and PMI inspection.
- Report to QA/QC engineer all activities of the section and performs other related duties that
may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensure all task perform in a safety manner and follow all rules and regulation.
