the successive operation of the plant, ensuring that all
are aligned with all contractual & statutory
requirements. Identifying, developing and
implementing Plant process or reengineering concept
to minimize the running cost by introducing a strong
team on program Modification in Automation, Kaizen
and Poke Yoke Systems.
Manufacturing Engineering
Follow up RFQ, Design Validation, approval,
inspection, installation, commissioning, tryout, snag
point preparation and follow up. Process specification
preparation process check sheet for individual process
bath make up activity, paint repair & paint mixing
application, sealer application Reviewing &
evaluating the indirect consumable for respective
lines.

3. OVERSEAS TRAINING (1 Week)
Visit the Hyundai motor, Ulsan plant ,Korea Car
Manufacturing plant for the technical discussion and
knowledge sharing regarding the paint shop process,
work methods, system and work culture etc for new
model launch in India.
SPECIAL TRAINING/ ACTIVITY (3 Weeks)
Visit the Mercedes-Benz plant, Pune for Technical discussion & sharing regarding paint shop process, work
methods, painting & waxing application for export trucks for MB Actors & Fuso vehicle models
