 To provide and deliver consistently technical support to branches/workshop technicians to achieve high quality of repairs and
ensure “Fix it right first time” and minimizing repeat repairs
 To verify, diagnose and resolve the repeat complain and new vehicle complains on priority
 Always conforming the complaint resolution by doing the road test after repairs, simulating the same condition as explained by
customers and analyzing the freeze failure records
