 The compilation and implementation of working rules, manuals and the
regulation of labor legislation.

decisions to be made with regards to employees.
 To provide a good working environment between the workers and the

 To Control and regulate the employment of all foreign employees. This
includes working through the necessary process to ensure that foreign
employees receive their work permits and residence permit as per the law.
This includes all working conditions i.e. offer of employment, validity of work
and residence permit, salaries and allowances.
 To establish the salary structures and scales with the GM. Once the salary
scales are in place, this needs to be controlled on an ongoing basis.
 To implement a salary system that will ensure payments are made
according to the law and the instructions from management.
 To ensure that all personal administration for employees is registered and
filled correctly.
 Recommend employees for different positions identified through training.
 To ensure that the leave liability is controlled and leave schedules are
implemented in the units.
