•It can also be defined as act of giving, receiving and sharing
information.
•If people are not communicatingproperly then there can be no way to
express one’s views.
•The process of communicatingcan be done Verbally(through speech
or words)and Non-verballyas well (Signals and signs).

Verbal Communication and Non Verbal Communication.
•Verbal Communication is a type in which message is
transmitted verbally (either through words or written part).
•Non-Verbal communication is a type of communication in
which message is conveyed through non verbal platform
like eye contact, gestures, facial expressions, posture and
body language.

5. • Verbal communication is classified into two types. They are
Oral and Written communication.
•As the words itself convey that Oral stands for explaining
orally or by speaking words in a language. Words must
be pronounced correctly to maintain easy communication.
•Written expresses the information by letting others read
the matter you have written on a piece of paper. Email,
letters, reports and memo are few of the examples.
