 Responsible for development and implementation of projects.
 Responsible for communication, including status reporting, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.

 LabCorp 06/04/15 – to date - LabCorp is implementing changes in its voice services and thevendors providing POTS,
PRI and BRI services. As Project manager my duties are to coordinate the various resources gathered for this
implementation during the migration to the AT&T service and during the implementation of the Telecom Expense
Management Service to be provided.
Project Manager Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Kick off meeting
2. Responsible Gather data and contact information on the various teams and resources involved in this project
3. Develop and Follow a project charter and time table agreed to and outlined by the Customer

 Chubb Group of Insurance Companies 2014 – to date - Order Desk – Chubb Group of Insurance Companies required
an order desk for IBM-CHUBB related telecom orders in the United States of America. TheOrder Desk will become the
single point of contact for network circuit requests, changes, disconnections, inventory tracking and management, and
the initiation and tracking of associated installation, de-installation, and change services for all Chubb related network
circuits/services
Project Manager Responsibilities
1. Develop written processes and procedures for theidentified tasks and automate as many of those responsibilities
as commercially reasonable.
2. Responsible for notification to all parties on progress, delays or possible issues.
3. Track all voice orders and add/delete items from the inventory currently tracked via its automated portal.
4. Coordination and Notification. Coordinate the tasks associated with voice/data network circuit orders and installs.
Order Desk Project Manager receives notification of VoIP migration scheduled dates from IBM and/or Chubb and
routes thecircuit orders, coordinate the install dates, the porting of telephone numbers, notify AT&T LCM team if
wiring is required, and any associated tasks related to circuit orders and circuit inventory. Project Manager sends
notification to all parties involved in applicable tasks based on a list mutually agreed upon with Chubb. Notifications
will cover circuit due dates, circuit due dates in jeopardy, internal wiring, installation dates provided by AT&T
LCM, riser extensions, porting, and other circuit order related tasks and the associated dates.
5. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating Test and Turn ups for circuits.
 Freddie Mac - The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation - IBM 02/01/15 – 08/01/15 - Freddie Mac – IBM
required PM to lead a PC refresh project. Work assigned as projects came up as well as day to day operational
requirements to support Freddie Mac Network.
Project Manager Responsibilities

 Nabors Industries – Drilling Oil and Gas Well Company 06/01/13 -12/31/2013 - Router configuration - Nabors
Industries needed to change carrier network protocol. Thechange required changing its router configuration at specified
locations. In this project only the protocol was replaced but the equipment remained the same at all locations.
Project Manager Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with AT&T on circuit due dates.
2. Conduct follow up/status meetings with Customer.
3. Provide for escalations with customer and Carrier if needed
4. Provide technicians at each Customer location to load new router configuration

Responsible for notification to all parties on progress, delays or possible issues. 3. Track all voice orders and add/delete items from the inventory currently tracked via its automated portal. 4. Thechange required changing its router configuration at specified locations. In this project only the protocol was replaced but the equipment remained the same at all locations.
