learning environments for North Lindsey College. Including the transition of services from two buildings into new
environments, office relocations plus the demolition of a redundant building. Including the introduction of new

all layers; virtualisation of both servers / desktops, complete Wi-Fi coverage across multiple sites, introduction of

 Managed the merger of two College IT LAN infrastructures into a combined WAN including their services to provide
a single resilient domain providing accessibility 24x7, with the transition to corporate wide information systems.

 Implemented new IT infrastructure and services to meet the long term strategic vision of the College.

direction and motivation through the use of weekly updates, performance development, training and development
and counselling.
 Provided leadership and management to the reprographics team , including contract management, on b/w and
colour digital devices with online submission.
 Developed and natured a graphic design studio which produced all corporate documentation plus where appropriate
local material for a fee.

o Installation of new Student, HR and Financial management systems including the transition of data from
incumbent systems, such as iTrent.
