Managed multiple infrastructure projects include servers, NAS, SAN and Tape storage allocations,
acquisitions and upgrades, network upgrades and connectivity, DBs, firewall rules, security, Internet,
Intranet, architectural design, implementing Web based applications, end of life processing, data
center migrations and OS/software upgrades.
PM for infrastructure delivery for application development and upgrade projects.
Development and coordination of Test, System, UAT and Production environments.
Managed application development and vendor software integrations with business, IT and QA
resources.
Coordinated negotiations with customers for requirements, platform outages, scheduling

Implemented TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) across 90+ field offices to allow encryption and
backups of data across network, eliminating field office handling and mailing of tapes.
PMO lead for Vendor processed class action lawsuit disputed claims, requiring extensive business
involvement to reconcile disputes and fulfill terms of the settlement.
Managed hardware implementation (Desktops, Laptops, Anesthesia carts etc). and wireless network
upgrades for Hospital for conversion to EPIC software. Network analysis Included scope
management, conducting passive surveys, working with business requirements for bandwidth and
coverage, providing revised AP layout, and obtaining customer signoff.
Utilized Citrix sessions, RBAC (Role Based Access) security, offshore testing and implementations
for establishing off-shore processing (system support, software development, QA).
QA manager for system producing documents for external customers’ employees. Test strategy,
plan, scripts with automated and manual testing.
PM for AFS Rollover Command Center, which supported 650 applications and over 100 Million
lines of code for the Year 2000 Rollover weekend process
PM for Year 2000 renovation project for Customer Administrative Systems that remediated over 30

Infrastructure conversion from HP Pick/Basic and Oracle platform to first IBM based system in
company Installed Vendor Membership system, mapped and migrated membership information to
