EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS:
 Implementation of a global Cisco Unified Communication system for a major global oil company in
Houston, implementing UC in over 15 countries. Implemented Unified communication Cisco Call center
in a major banking company.
 Program/Project managed an installation of 761 locations for a NAC security installation for a major
software manufacturer located in Dallas, TX in 3 months. The project had an expedited schedule due to
faulty architecture. I was called in as a PM troubleshooter where through innovative methods crashed
the original project schedule and brought in security architects and a team of engineers to rework the
solution and man a 24 by 7 installation schedule.
 Managed a redesign of a banking institutions disaster recovery data center in Charlotte, NC from an end
of life Nortel infrastructure to a new Cisco infrastructure while running the new network in parallel to

the old infrastructure, migrated the VMWare servers and storage systems as well as standalone systems
during weekend cutovers to eliminate interruption of services to customers. Due to the work we did, we
were awarded the redesign and migration of the main data center in Wilson, NC to a new Cisco
infrastructure utilizing the same methodology. This led to my team winning an implementation contract
of a new IP telephony system for the bank and their banking branches and a redesign and
implementation of a new security infrastructure.
 Working for Cibersites ITO, I Project/Program managed the transition of Neenah Papers infrastructure
and systems, from Kimberly Clarke located in Wisconsin to a managed hosting site at Ciber Inc. in Staten
Island NY. Transition included transfer of infrastructure, remote access, AS400 systems and applications,
Web services, intranet and internet services, existing applications, exchange and active directory, Project
managed development and transition of Oracle ERP for Neenah paper. This was a $3 milliondollar
project with ongoing revenue from yearly operations
 At Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch I built their first LAN and WAN for trading stations and pc
workstations in their world wide networks.
 Developed OSS systems for BellSouth OSS Native Ethernet project. This included all development efforts
to support back/front office application needs.

Etrade is an Hybrid agile/waterfall shop.
Support PMO projects and software centric projects for the Infrastructure. I not only manage the infrastructure
but will help to deliver the infrastructure components as well. Support various technology teams so I work on
Database, Networking, Storage, and anything enterprise. There is a lot of infrastructure work, software
development and I manage 15- 20 projects at a time. I hold weekly status report meetings for all projects.
Day-to-Day: Check on status and risks; there are a lot of soft skills involved so building relationships is key;
interact with engineers in their office building but also support the people at the ROC (data center and NOC
environment) for meetings or via WebEx. Engineers are easily accessible and helpful, which makes status

Service Delivery Manager, Contractor Etrade is an Hybrid agile/waterfall shop. Support PMO projects and software centric projects for the Infrastructure. I not only manage the infrastructure but will help to deliver the infrastructure components as well.
