 Solution Architect/Program Manager for Amethyst House, a non-profit addictions counseling service
 Developed a solution to meet the needs of the organization that consisted of building the network infrastructure
to allow remote workers as well as offsite case managers to have secure access to the shared network.
 Ensured proper information security measures were in place in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
 There was no existing infrastructure which required servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc. to ensure
information security on all layers of the OSI model.
 As part of the HIPAA compliance solution taught staff security protocols and the use of encrypted email in order
to transfer PHI meeting HIPAA compliance. This solution successfully passed an IT audit prior to go-live.

 Infrastructure Project Manager contract through HP at Allison Transmission supporting the network, software,
hardware and IT infrastructure visions of ATI senior leadership and stakeholders.
 Led project implementing new POC/POS and inventory management at ATI for customer interaction by meeting
with stakeholders, developing the PDP, scope and project plan. Led project through implementation and go live.
This project coordinated with the ERP for inventory management so as parts were sold to customers the
inventory was automatically updated. This allowed for the automated process to replenish the inventory to
prevent a delay in new sales.
 Developed and maintained project plans that oversaw acquisition and installation of new projects in support of
ATI's global reach.
 Conducted training and development of junior project managers on process improvement to facilitate a smooth
transition from 2015 to 2016 projects meeting a strict deadline of completing the 2015 projects before the
shutdown.
 Responsible for coordinating TPM efforts to include desktop deployment, server deployment, phone deployment,

with IT security standards.

 Served as the liaison between senior military officers and local Iraqi politicians by accommodating visiting VIP.

 As the project manager of the Arabic Linguist program, facilitated a team of 25 subordinate instructors and
software developers to update the IT systems utilized in instruction.
 As the project manager, balanced a budget of $3.4 million and utilized effective change management strategies
to ensure completion within the scope of 6 months to meet the client demands.
 Was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for superior results in leading this entire project from initial analysis
through implementation, maintenance and support.
 Accumulated 1200 hours of time behind the podium instructing students on how to utilize Arabic in a SIGINT

 Project Manager for a $13 million system upgrade project for all EP-3 aircraft (data collection) for installation of
IT systems and new software.

practical expectations and was within scope.
 Ensured a smooth transition through implementation by traveling to various US bases across the United States,
Europe, and the Middle East to assist the vendor in training the end-users on the new software.

Goodfellow AFB, TX 2003 – 2006 Cryptolinguist SIGINT Instructor/Program Manager  As the project manager of the Arabic Linguist program, facilitated a team of 25 subordinate instructors and software developers to update the IT systems utilized in instruction.  As the project manager, balanced a budget of $3.4 million and utilized effective change management strategies to ensure completion within the scope of 6 months to meet the client demands.  Was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for superior results in leading this entire project from initial analysis through implementation, maintenance and support.  Accumulated 1200 hours of time behind the podium instructing students on how to utilize Arabic in a SIGINT environment. United States Navy Base, Rota, Spain 1999 – 2003 EP3-E SIGINT Mission Supervisor/Dev Project Manager  Project Manager for a $13 million system upgrade project for all EP-3 aircraft (data collection) for installation of IT systems and new software.  Represented the customer during the analysis phase by working with the vendor to ensure the project met practical expectations and was within scope.  Ensured a smooth transition through implementation by traveling to various US bases across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East to assist the vendor in training the end-users on the new software.  Pivotal in working with the end users and translating those needs to the system developers.  Coordinated the project with aircraft maintenance personnel, outside vendors and aircrew personnel to allow for system testing and implementation.
