During the February the EU passenger car market has continued to decline as countries continued to
struggle with COVID-19. It was given by mixed results: increase for 3 out of 30 countries (Sweden +5,3%,
Ireland +4,9% and Norway +3,3%) and decrease for 27 countries (highest decline for Portugal -47,1%)

In the first month of 2021 European PC registrations (1.693.059 units in total) decreased by -23,1% compared to 2020YTD. For
the second month in a row Germany shows negative performance in terms of MS (after 5 month of positive growth).The
Market Share has decreased also for UK, Spain and Belgium, while it has increased for Italy and France.

Italian car market continues the year with a double-digit decline. In the second month of 2021, 142.998 new cars were
registered, -12,3% vs. 163.124 of February 2020. Private segment in February was recovering better than other segments (+5,1%
for Private, -42.7% for Fleet and -21,9% for Business). Main optimistic numbers are related for more month in a row to EV sales
(+36.6% in February 2021 vs. 2020 with 926 registered units this month) and hybrid sales (+156.7% or 28.378 units registered
more than in February 2020).According UNRAE, the result of February confirms a downturn trend that risks to become
chronic if no action will be taken.The first two months of the year saw a drop of 13.1% to 277.145 units.

Private segment, 4% to Companies, 26% to LTR & STR and 16% were related to Dealers’ Captive self-registrations).The brands that
registered the most vehicles in the last three days of the month were Opel (58.2%), Jeep (57.7%) and Nissan (55.3%)

◼ Over the last year a progressive evolution of fuel type mix in
Italian market has been observed
◼ In particular, respect 2020, in February 2021 Petrol and Diesel
had a relevant lost in terms of market share (-12 p.p and -9.9
p.p respectively) and alternative fuel types, have increased
their market share from 12,6% up to 34,7%
◼ Still, these increase was due mainly to mild hybrid vehicles
(HEV), that are actually not electric vehicles, while the contribute
of PHEV and BEV was less important

segments (8.917 units sold more) and has
increased its Market ShareYTD (66.6% in
February 2020 vs. 55.0% in February 2021)
◼ All of Fleet subsegments decreased in
February 2021YTD due to COVID-19
outbreak: STR segment (-81,7% or 30.430
units sold less vs. February 2020).The drop
of LTR segment was also relevant (-15,4% or
7.786 units sold less vs. February 2020)
◼ The decrease of the Business segment
registrations in February 2021YTD vs.
February 2020YTD was related both to the
reduction of Captive self-registrations (-27,9%
or 9.804 units less sold) and Company
registrations (-8,1% or 1.230 units less sold)

In the second month of 2021, 142.998 new cars were registered, -12,3% vs. 163.124 of February 2020. Private segment in February was recovering better than other segments (+5,1% for Private, -42.7% for Fleet and -21,9% for Business). Main optimistic numbers are related for more month in a row to EV sales (+36.6% in February 2021 vs. 2020 with 926 registered units this month) and hybrid sales (+156.7% or 28.378 units registered more than in February 2020).According UNRAE, the result of February confirms a downturn trend that risks to become chronic if no action will be taken.The first two months of the year saw a drop of 13.1% to 277.145 units.
