7.0 Conclusion
After visited the construction site we gained a lot of experience and have learned
much knowledge that cannot get during the lectures or tutorials session in the classroom.
Most of us are the first time for experiencing climb up the scaffolding, it is a good experience
to us and learn about the construction site environment that will face when becoming a
Quantity Surveyor.
Besides that, we have learned about the various types of machinery that using in the
construction site such as the crane, bar cutting machine, and scaffolding. Safety is very
important when entering the site because that are many dangers will happen on the site.
Finally, after this visited it helped for more understanding for the challenges and
environment going to face in future at the construction site. In overall, we had learned and
gained a lot of experience that cannot get in the classroom and more confident to face with
the challenges as a Quantity Surveyor in future.
