2. 1 Motivation
Some of my eustresses come from my
personal hobbies. When I see someone
younger playing the piano better than me
or writing better than me, I feel like a total
disappointment and it makes me want to
do better. It's eustress because it helps my
motivation.
4. 3 Time Management
I am really bad in managing my time
especially when doing my
performance tasks. I can't keep up a
good schedule and I usually end up
just doing several of them at the
same time and stressing myself.

Disappointment
Sometimes I get disappointed
with my hardwork because it
didn't do well even if I did put my
heart and soul into it. The one
example I will be using is when I
poured my heart and soul into a
story for English Month and we
weren't chosen.

Self-Pressure
I usually just force myself to
do my assignments as hard
as I could and I just end up
mentally tiring myself.

Knowing the Better
When I'm stressed out I just
know that there will be light
and goodness after the
despair of every burden I will
go through.
8. 7 The Presence of Others
I just feel like that I don't want to
disappoint everyone and I don't
want to humiliate myself, so when I
start to do something I try my very
best even as going far as sacrificing
some of my meals just to complete
one task.

Make sure that you don't burden yourself too much.
Manage your time, do your best and remember that there
are people who will never be disappointed in you because
they know that you truly did your best.
