This document provides principles for achieving peace of mind:
1) Do not interfere in other's business unless asked and mind your own business to keep peace.
2) Forgive and forget insults or injuries from others in order to flourish and avoid negative health effects from constantly remembering grievances.
3) Do not crave recognition from others as their praise may be temporary and their recognition is not worth frustration.
Peace - Mind. If you just stopped thinking for a while and sat back to reflect on your own mind, you would be surprised to realise that you are at peace.

1. Control Anger & Jealousy
Being angry or jealous with others makes you find it hard to have happiness in life. Therefore, you should always keep calm when you see someone’s mistakes, and be happy when you see someone’s success. You should learn to understand and sympathize with others when they make mistakes, and honestly be happy when they succeed in life or at work rather than being jealous with them. The more angry and jealous you are, the worse you will feel about yourself. Holding anger with someone is actually a way you punish yourself, while forgiving is a valuable gift.
2. Think Before Speaking
You should think thoroughly about everything you want to say before you speak out. First, you should consider if it is necessary to say it out. Second, you should think if this is the right time to say it. Third, consider whether what you are going to speak out may hurt someone mentally.
3. Listen To Other People
No matter how busy you are, you should always listen to other people. You may listen to understand them, to comfort them when they are sad, or to know if you are doing something wrong to them. Listening to others is one of the most efficient tips on how to be a better person.
If you want to speak well, you should listen well first. This is the reason why we have two ears, but only one mouth.
4. Be Honest
Honesty is always the best policy in life. No matter how wise or clever you are, if you are dishonest, you will never be trusted by others. Life is built with love and trust. Caring helps warm people’s heart. A good person is the one who always cares about others around and is willing to give a helping hand when someone needs. Caring is an efficient tip on how to be a better person and be happy in life.

Positive thoughts can help change your feelings in a good way, making your life more relaxing and enjoyable. Therefore, you should always think positively in every situation. In case that negative thoughts come to you, try to stop them, eliminate them, and start thinking optimistically about life. We do so because , we have convinced ourselves that our way is the best way and our logic is the perfect logic. We believe who do not conform to our thinking must be criticized and steered to the right direction, OUR direction Mind your own business and you will keep your peace God has created each one of us in a unique way. No two human beings can think or act in exactly the same way.
3. FORGIVE AND FORGET We often develop ill feelings inside our heart for the person who insults us or harms us. Love flourishes in giving and forgiving. Life is too short to waste in such trifles. Forgive, Forget, and march on We nurture grievances. This in turn results in loss of sleep, development of stomach ulcers, and high blood pressure. This insult or injury was done once, but nourishing of grievance goes on forever by constantly remembering it.
4. DO NOT CRAVE FOR RECOGNITION This world is full of selfish people. They seldom praise anybody without selfish motives. Do your duties ethically and sincerely Why do you wish to kill yours in striving for their recognition? Their recognition is not worth to your frustration. They may praise you today because you are in power, but no sooner than you are powerless, they will forget your achievement and will start finding faults in you.
5. We all have experienced how jealousy can disturb our peace of mind Jealousy will not get you anywhere; it will only take away your peace of mind. Nothing will be gained by blaming others for your misfortune Should you be jealous? No. Remember everybody's life is shaped by his/her destiny, which has now become his/her reality DO NOT BE JEALOUS
6. If you try to change the environment single-handedly, the chances are you will fail As you do this, even the environment, which has been unfriendly to you, will mysteriously change and seem congenial and harmonious Instead, change yourself to suit your environment CHANGE YOURSELF ACCORDING TO THE ENVIRONMENT

This is the best way to turn a disadvantage into an advantage Believe in yourself and you will gain in terms of patience, inner strength and will power Every day we face numerous inconveniences that are beyond our control... If we cannot control them or change them, we must learn to put up with these things ENDURE WHAT CANNOT BE CURED
8. We often tend to take more responsibilities than we are capable of carrying out. This is done to satisfy our ego Uncluttered mind will produce greater peace of mind. Reduce your material engagements and spend time in prayer, introspection and meditation DO NOT BITE OFF MORE THAN YOU CAN CHEW
9. Meditation calms the mind and gets rid of disturbing thoughts This is the highest state of peace of mind. Try and experience it yourself. Your mind will not be easily disturbed as it was before If you meditate earnestly for half an hour everyday, your mind will tend to become peaceful during the remaining twenty-three and half-hours MEDITATE REGULARLY
10. An empty mind is the devil's workshop. All evil actions start in the vacant mind You must decide what you value more: money or peace of mind Keep your mind occupied in something positive, something worth while . Actively follow a hobby. Do something that holds your interest NEVER LEAVE THE MIND VACANT
11. Do not waste time in protracted wondering " Should I or shouldn't I?" Value your time and do the things that need to be done. Days, weeks, months, and years may be wasted in that futile mental debating. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE You can never plan enough because you can never anticipate all future happenings.
12. It does not matter if you fail the first time. You can learn from your mistakes and succeed the next time DO NOT REGRET Sitting back and worrying will lead to nothing. Learn from your mistakes, but do not brood over the past NEVER REGRET
