ecruiting partners
*This is only an indicative list
âBiocon first took two interns from the PGDM program of IFIM
two years ago. Both were absorbed by us at the end of the
internship, so when we approached IFIM this year, we did so
with the intent of filling in some permanent positions within
the HR team.
The IFIM model of doing an internship for the last 6 months of
their tenure at college, with the option of absorbing those
found suitable, is in my view an excellent way for both the
intern and the company to have a good look at each other, so
that they can take a more informed decision at the end.This year
we have taken 5 interns and will be absorbing 3 of them. All the
interns have shown a keen desire to learn and contribute. They
are also fairly disciplined, well-adjusted and have displayed
sound interpersonal skills.â
Centre for Continuous
Employability (CCE)
The Centre for Continuous Employability at IFIM has been setup
in line with our vision ofâContinuous Employabilityâ. It facilitates
placements for our students through career counselling and
mentoring them to enhance their employability skills. In
addition, it also provides lateral placement services to IFIM
alumni. The CCE partners relevant companies for campus
recruitment and provides opportunities to eligible students
based on their capabilities. The centre is headed by an industry
experienced expert:

22. - by Rudyard Kipling
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too:
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, donât deal in lies,
Or being hated donât give way to hating,
And yet donât look too good, nor talk too wise;
If you can dreamâand not make dreams your master;
If you can thinkâand not make thoughts your aim,
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same:
If you can bear to hear the truth youâve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build âem up with worn-out tools;
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss:
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: âHold on!â
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings-nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much:
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty secondsâ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything thatâs in it,
And-which is more-youâll be a Man, my son!
