Dr. C. PARAMASIVAN has over 22 years of teaching experience and has guided over 60 M.Phil and 23 Ph.D students. He holds several doctorate and postgraduate degrees. He has published over 180 articles in national and international journals as well as 30 books. His research interests include entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, women's empowerment, and dalit issues. He has organized over 20 sponsored programs and seminars. He has received numerous awards for his research and teaching.
