Technology Enabled Education and Training Project
This project is designed to achieve rapid growth of students entering and completing Primary and
Secondary education in Pakistan. It creates a technology and internet enabled environment to
cost efficiently multiply opportunities for delivering quality education to rural primary and
Secondary level students and teachers, especially women. The project also acts as an incubator
for other basic and modern services to reach areas previously inaccessible.
Project Focal Person
My job responsibilities are
Develops, implements and manages project planning processes, work plans and activity
schedules to meet the pre-defined project objectives.
Liaisons with government, private schools and other organizations to identify suitable
project recipients.
Collaborates closely with IT, Training and Programs department to seek technical support
and to plan and deliver against project objectives.
Frequently travels to field areas to monitor quality of project activities and to identify and
mitigate planning and implementation gaps.
Identifies and addresses the needs of trainees with relevant training programs.
Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure optimal management and utilization
of human, physical and financial resources allocated to the project.
Guides and collaborates with field staff, providing support as appropriate.
Establishes and maintains a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of the
project.
2. Works with the line manager and project director to ensure changes are understood and
approved
Creates and participates in the creation of project documentation and reports.
National Coordinator
My job responsibilities are
Design and implement training follow up mechanism and ensure need based support and
guidance to the beneficiaries
Ensure timely provision of school/student supplies as per the project mandate
Produce success stories/case studies and share with communication section through
concerned supervisor
Orient the concerned beneficiaries on project goal, objectives and target
Maintain updated record of concerned activities.
Maintain close coordination with all the stake holders by attending meetings, sharing
progress and information through concerned supervisor and as per policies and
procedures.
Contribute in short/long term plans, conducting need assessments and developing concept
notes
Submit Quarterly and monthly reports and work plan to the concern supervisor on regular
basis
Composes and prepares correspondence, reports, and presentations, prepares minutes,
and maintains appropriate files.
Maintains data of all training workshops.
Allocate and maintain expense of all the trainings

Major Responsibilities.
Assist in the development of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure
adherence and evaluate performance
Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet
desired outcomes
Develop yearly outreach plan according to program needs and capacity
Ensure database(s) maintenance which include(s) participant and prospect information and
mailing list
Organize and establish meetings on regular basis with designated individuals to foster positive
