The inspiration of Terracotta panel came from a
European architect who worshiped the earthenware
culture of Chinese Terracotta Warriors. The
application of terracotta curtain wall was initiated
from Germany in 1985.
After middle period of 20th century with the
emergence of the concept of outer retaining
structure of architecture, the light steel keel
system was applied in the architecture and
developed rapidly. Meanwhile, mechanical

Open Mounting Approach is designed in the
principle of isobric rain screen,and possesses good
water proofness.There is no need to glue the joint
so that avoid contaminating the panels.
ADVANTAGES OF CLADDING SYSTEM
CLADDING SYSTEM OVERVIEW
Closed-style mounting adopts sealant special
for terracotta panels which gurantee better water
proofness of the curtain wall.The sealed air layer
behind panels has a good effect on heat insulation
and enery conservation.
Soft insulation spacer are used between panels
and clamps,clamps and rails to improve earthquake
resistance of the system.This mounting method
not only can avoid electrolytic erosion among
different metal materials,but also reduce noises
and deformations.
Togen terracotta panel is a ventilated curtain
the entire building.Especially in summer,reduce
high temperature transmitting into the interior.
