We are manufacturer of Silica/Acidic Ramming Mass, which is utilized in
lining of induction furnaces. The Acidic Ramming Mass is used in high and
medium frequency induction furnaces to melt non-ferrous alloys, graded
cast iron, alloy cast iron, alloy steel, and plain carbon steel
We are specialized manufacturer of Premix Ramming Mass which
contains binder- Boric Acid 1.2 to 1.5 %, mixed with Ramming Mass
We manufacture fire bricks & various other bricks which are produced
using high quality fire clay and are largely used as refractory insulating for
retaining adamant temperature.

The light weight insulation bricks are very heavy in demand due to possessing
innumerable properties. One such attribute of these bricks is their light weight
which makes them pretty comfortable to use.
Features of Silica / Acidic Ramming Mass
 Ability of carrying a substantial load (50 LB per sq inch) to within a few
degree of its cone fusion point, viz.1710 to 1730 degree centigrade.
 Acidic Ramming Mass lining can be used in all type of plain carbon,
special and alloy steel except in case of 12 % Mn steel for which basic
lining is used.
 A high resistance to attack by the principal steel furnace fluxes viz. iron
oxide and lime.
 A higher thermal shock resistance in the temp range 600 to 1700 degree.
 Freedom from shrinkage at temp up to the melting point. Above all the cost
of Silica/Acidic ramming mass is just 1/6th of basic lining material.

Fire Bricks & High Alumina Bricks
We manufacture fire bricks which are produced using high quality fire clay and are largely used as refractory
insulating for retaining adamant temperature. Our produced refractory bricks and fire bricks are
comprehensively used in lining fireplaces, kilns and furnaces.
Magnesia Carbon Refractories

Bottom Pouring Sets
We offer high quality bottom pouring sets throughout India and overseas. While manufacturing bottom pouring
sets, different fractions of refractory grog and non plastic/plastic (IS-6/IS-8) clay are mixed together
consistently. After grinding, these fractions of clay and grog are processed within a double shaft mixture for
making extruded paste.
The paste then obtained is taken to the high capacity screw presses to give a desired size and shape. The pressed
shapes are kept for natural drying and then are charged to tunnel kiln in order to take out the requisite moisture
and for giving proper heating to obtain required strength.

The Acidic Ramming Mass is used in high and medium frequency induction furnaces to melt non-ferrous alloys, graded cast iron, alloy cast iron, alloy steel, and plain carbon steel We are specialized manufacturer of Premix Ramming Mass which contains binder- Boric Acid 1.2 to 1.5 %, mixed with Ramming Mass We manufacture fire bricks & various other bricks which are produced using high quality fire clay and are largely used as refractory insulating for retaining adamant temperature. We offer high quality bottom pouring sets throughout India and overseas. Lakshmi TradeSoft Pvt. Features of Silica / Acidic Ramming Mass  Ability of carrying a substantial load (50 LB per sq inch) to within a few degree of its cone fusion point, viz.1710 to 1730 degree centigrade.  Acidic Ramming Mass lining can be used in all type of plain carbon, special and alloy steel except in case of 12 % Mn steel for which basic lining is used.  A high resistance to attack by the principal steel furnace fluxes viz. iron oxide and lime.  A higher thermal shock resistance in the temp range 600 to 1700 degree.  Freedom from shrinkage at temp up to the melting point. Above all the cost of Silica/Acidic ramming mass is just 1/6th of basic lining material. While manufacturing bottom pouring sets, different fractions of refractory grog and non plastic/plastic (IS-6/IS-8) clay are mixed together consistently. After grinding, these fractions of clay and grog are processed within a double shaft mixture for making extruded paste. The paste then obtained is taken to the high capacity screw presses to give a desired size and shape. The pressed shapes are kept for natural drying and then are charged to tunnel kiln in order to take out the requisite moisture and for giving proper heating to obtain required strength.
