Wear-resistant Ceramic Aluminium Grinding Ball
Wear-resistant alumina grinding balls are high-quality grinding media made
of selected high-quality raw materials, unique rolling forming and isostatic
pressing forming technology, and fired at high temperature. In order to meet
the needs of domestic and foreign customers for different grades of products,
our company has developed two types of dry grinding balls and wet grinding
balls on the basis of the original 92% alumina ceramic balls. The alumina
grinding medium has high density, regular shape, high grinding efficiency,
favorable price etc,. The products are widely used in ceramics, cement,

High-purity Alumina Filler
Alumina filler balls use alumina ultrafine powder as the main raw material,
which is fired by advanced molding technology and high temperature tunnel
kiln. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure
resistance, low water absorption, stable chemical properties, etc. It can
withstand the corrosion of strong acid and alkali and other organic solvents,
has good thermal shock performance, and can adapt to different temperature
changes. It is mainly used in the high temperature, high pressure and strong
corrosive working environment of the petrochemical industry. It is the most

Alumina ceramic lining for cyclone (connection type: paste)
Alumina ceramic lining for cyclone is made of imported alumina sintered at
high temperature. It has extremely high hardness, wear resistance, good
chemical stability, and can withstand the impact and wear of
high-concentration and large-sized materials for a long time. It is ideal
material inner lining for cyclone . The Mohs hardness of the cyclone alumina
ceramic lining plate can reach 9.0, which is equivalent to HRC90 or more.
Therefore, it has high wear resistance for abrasive media transported in
metallurgy, electric power, mining, coal and other industries. It has been
proved by industrial operation that its wear-resistant life is ten times or even
dozens of times that of the fire-resistant steel. The inner surface of the cyclone
liner is smooth and never corroded, and there is no convex helix on the inner
surface of the seamless steel pipe. Its inner surface smoothness is better than
that of any metal pipe, and its drag coefficient is 0.0193, which is lower than
that of seamless pipes.

conveyor system, protect the metal drum from wear, prevent the conveyor
