In case of illness to
anyone in our

him as a
replacement.
Actor
Inconveniences /
Clashes
All Me / actor
In case of any actor
inconveniences, we
have arranged
filming so it will be
okay to rearrange
the filming date
slightly.
Weather Outdoors N/A
In case of any
weather problems,
the filming
schedule is
arranged so it will
be suitable to film
the outdoor scenes
at a later date. In
any case, as most
of our scenes are
indoors, the
weather isn’t really
a huge problem.
Memory card full /
formatting
malfunction
All Me
Bring a back-up
memory card in
case it’s full, or in
case there’s any
problem with it.
Broken Equipment All Me
Check beforehand
that no equipment
is already broken,
and be very careful
while in possession
of the camera. If a
camera breaks
during filming we’ll
have no choice but
to reschedule.
Low battery All Me
We’ll be sure to
charge the camera
for at least a few
hours before
filming, to ensure
the battery will not
be low.
Not getting props /
costumes on time
All Me
Will not be a
massive problem,
as most, if not all,
of our props will be
on site at the
filming locations
(shotglass etc.)
Actor gives poor
performance
All Me / actor
Our main actor is
part of our media
group, so in the

Location safety /
unavailable
All Me
We have arranged
a number of
backup pubs such
as The Mowbray
Public interference Outside Me / actor
We have taken all
necessary
precautions to
avoid any sort of
public interference,
such as requesting
that our video be
filmed in the
function room of
the pub, where
there is no public
during the day.
However, one of
our filming
locations is in
public, so the area
will be assessed
thoroughly to make
sure it is a suitable
place.
Software Post-production Me / n/a
As the software my
be liable to crash,
we will make sure
the work is saved
often to avoid
anything being lost.
General Health &
Safety
All Me / actor
We will make sure
not to do any shots
that put any of our
group’s health at
risk. If we one of us
does get hurt,
filming will be
halted and helping
the injured person
will be the priority.
