system relationship to eliminate building “Brownouts” and
inductive motor loss. This resulted in an annual savings to the

 Designed, developed and implemented an emergency back-up
cooling system for the computer network room. The design

 Redesigned and upgraded center C-Band Satellite signal
reception and distribution. This saved the company $13,000 in

fiber optic “ring” for call center call routing redundancy. This saved
the company $27,000 in outsourced engineering costs.
 Through energy audits upgraded lighting system, maximized
efficiency of the mechanical (HVAC) system by installing a
modern digital control system resulted in driving down energy
costs from $300,000 to $147,000 annually.
 Performed electronic diagnostics on computer monitors through
power quality analysis and discovered manufacturer defect. This
resulted in factory replacement of defective equipment with flat
panel screens with extended warranties and savings in excess of

 Planned, developed and implemented an internal private telemetry
network and building automation system: “Remote Energy and
Engineering Management System”, resulted in a 69% reduction in
HVAC mechanical maintenance costs from an average of $49,000
annually to an average of $16,000 annually.
