Accepted new position to revitalize the AT&T 12 Founders Blvd. one
thousand employee call center; provide facility management, facility
engineering knowledge, skills, experience, supervision and expertise
towards complete building envelope and infrastructure management,
building environment, health and safety, building hygiene, data center
/ call center development, telecommunication center and
telecommunication distribution development / management, security
upgrade, design and implementation; utilities, energy and power
quality management.
Additionally, provide business leadership, analysis and management
of business cases, budget, contracts, vendors and strategic
partnerships; provide project management to all call center
development projects both capital and inter-budgetary
Provide 24 x 7 x 365 management availability, response and
intervention; maintain seamless intervention to eliminate/reduce
distraction or loss of call center productivity.

3. Supervised, motivated, developed and trained eight custodial staff
members into a highly skilled and efficient maintenance staff that
performed 80% of internal building maintenance and repairs
which contributed an average of $50,000 annual savings while
maintaining exceptional environmental conditions.
Restructured and implemented UPS / Generator / Transformer
system relationship to eliminate building “Brownouts” and
inductive motor loss. This resulted in an annual savings to the
company in excess of $30,000
Designed, developed and implemented an emergency back-up
cooling system for the computer network room. The design
economized $18,000 in outsourced engineering costs.
Redesigned and upgraded center C-Band Satellite signal
reception and distribution. This saved the company $13,000 in
outsourced engineering costs.
Designed, specified, implemented and supervised installation of
fiber optic “ring” for call center call routing redundancy. This saved
the company $27,000 in outsourced engineering costs.
Through energy audits upgraded lighting system, maximized
efficiency of the mechanical (HVAC) system by installing a
modern digital control system resulted in driving down energy
costs from $300,000 to $147,000 annually.
Performed electronic diagnostics on computer monitors through
power quality analysis and discovered manufacturer defect. This
resulted in factory replacement of defective equipment with flat
panel screens with extended warranties and savings in excess of
$100,000.
Planned, developed and implemented an internal private telemetry
network and building automation system: “Remote Energy and
Engineering Management System”, resulted in a 69% reduction in
HVAC mechanical maintenance costs from an average of $49,000
annually to an average of $16,000 annually.
