Under contract to FlightSafety International at the Boeing training center in Charleston SC. I coordinated two
$28M projects, the Installation and integration of two C-17 Globemaster full-flight simulators for the Air force.
Applying EVM management practices in developing and managing the schedules and master schedule for both
projects. Combine schedules into a. Manage resource loading, project baseline and DMOC training capability.
