Definition of contributor
• The Contributor Teacher is concerned about
bringing out the best in each student. Such a
teacher cares about the future of every students.
• Someone who contributes or promises to contributes
some of money.
Kavita patel is a teacher. she has 5 year
experience as a teacher. She always takes her
work seriously. she takes her work as a goal. Her
goal is that, to progress her students and they
always be successful in their way of study in
english and remember her.
About kavita patel
According to her, the quality to become a
successful teacher is always be loyal to work.
she always takes her career as challenges by
opportunities because she found some progressive
things in us student.
Quality to become successful teacher
According to her, her job satisfaction is external
satisfaction but most important internal satisfaction.
she also believe in reward, because from it she can get
encouragement. Also she say that any one can make his
or her work strong by encouragement.
Job satisfaction and reward . . .
When she faced her junior, she tells them some
methods of working and she starts their work. So,
they realize that they have to do their work properly.
When she faced her Seniors/ Authorities she
might show them right way of her work very silently
and show them benefit of her working.

she contributes to teach her students all types of
knowledge and fully progress of her students and
take part in all type of activities.
Her short term vision is to get her full-pay salary
as early as possible.
Her long term vision is to see her students
progress in their field.

she also happy to share her personal experience
of her life. she says that her turning point is that
day when she fail in 10th standard in her main
subject. Then she took it as principal subject and
took degree and master degree in that subject.
Now , she is a teacher of this subject in school.
