Total experience in IT industry more than 13 years working in large scale computing environments including Data
Center installation, operations and Data Center Migration projects, recently successfully completed my current
assignment with AMK Technologies SDN BHD, Malaysia as Project Manager on HPE's "NOKIA Transition &
Transformation" program, based at HPE Global Delivery Centre, Cyberjaya, Malaysia. It was global Data
Center and Applications "Transition and Transformation" program for telecom giant NOKIA from HPE.

Project Manager on Nokia "Transition and Transformation" program at HPE, Global Delivery center,
Malaysia
As a key member of Nokia DC Transition & Transformation project team, responsible for Application and Server
Migration from non-strategic to strategic data centers, worked with globally spread stakeholders in UK, US, Finland,
France, Germany, India, Malaysia. Program encompassed migrating Nokia's applications from ATOS Data centers
to HPE's Managed Private Cloud, $ 50m+ program. DCI single point of contact for three major business groups;
Nokia, ATOS, and Technology teams to establish DC Migration scope/guidelines, perform infrastructure discovery and
application dependency analysis, determine business requirements, identify migration strategies, negotiate schedules
and provide ongoing coordination. Deeply involved in design, planning and execution of migration plan to migrate /
decommission all application instances and servers in DCI Scope, without disruption to Business Groups. Track and
report all application instances scheduled for migration. Host weekly status meetings with senior management,
business and technology teams. Coordinate closely with SAs, DBAs, Middleware, Implementation Engineers, Network
and Storage teams to ensure successful execution of Migrations on time within budget with zero defects.

 Managed successful migration of critical production and contingency servers with no impact to business.
 Managed independently migrations of 30+ application instances from infrastructure discovery to execution
phase.
 Participated as a team member in migration execution of 200+ applications.
