 Sole responsibility to maintain Network Infrastructure at the centre including servers,
switches, VSAT - Cloud sessions connectivity ,

Outlook clients on their nodes and mobile devices.
 Maintain proper escalation matrix, raise tickets and get the ticket closed on time for issues
that cannot be solved locally.
 Assist users in setting up their nodes and connectivity to internet and centralized database
through VPN along with setup of network printers and local shares.
 Providing solutions to local and remote users and customers in setting up Cloud Courseware
services being single point of communication for IT related solutions working as a part of
