• I use a high degree of concentration and judgment to update and correct donor
information to ALSAC standards. Receive large volumes of donation batches with
or without correspondence e and uses a high degree of judgment to ensure donor
request are being met.
• I provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports for
staff or management, handling donor requests, performing bookkeeping functions,
preparing and responding to all donor request, arranging bi-weekly meeting, and
scheduling conference calls.
• Assist data entry staff by providing training and support to them, attend meetings,
take and record minutes of meetings and distribute the same as instructed,
Prepare memos, invoices, reports, and financial statements through word
processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software such as PowerPoint
• I have been responsible for daily processing of Credit Card/EFT, Cash, Checks
and Adjustment gifts on donor system Team Approach, MAVRO and DMS. Any
irregularities I report to management and assist in the resolution.
• I have served on St Jude Volunteer Staff for 7+ years to Market St. Jude Events
and spread awareness for St. Jude with events such as the Clear Channel Radio-
Thon, Thanks & Giving Campaign in which I have led my team to raise hundreds
of dollars for the cause, St. Jude Walk/Run, National Staff Events and Bowl A-
Thons.
• I am able to deliver a great response as well as build a relationship with customer
calls in an inbound call center setting. And I have intermediate MS Excel
