with the customers to assess their needs and resolve any issues arising
 Oversee the entire operation of the restaurant inclusive of formulating and implementing the departments Standard

 List out the menu which includes expensive as well as standardized portion in it

food and beverage
 Ensure the quality of the food is maintained at all the times
Inventory, Equipment & Quality
 Look after the inventory including the cutlery, crockery, small ware, bond items and other food supplies
 Perform inspections regarding the hygiene and quality of food being prepared and put forth the points of
improvement on finding any discrepancy
 Regularly conduct checks of the inventories containing food and bar stock, assess the needs and accordingly order
food and bar supplies for the day to day operations
Customer Relationship Management
 Maximize customer satisfaction by interacting with in house and potential customers and listen to their views and
suggestions
 Strive to provide highest level of customer satisfaction to customers by attaining their satisfaction level
 Organize catering events for the corporate clients
Team Management
 Conduct training for the staff, prepare their charter of duties and set the targets to be achieved by them
 Constantly watch over the performance of the multi skilled employee and impart training to them for their career
development
 Appreciate and reward the employees by giving incentives and ensure a quality service is being delivered through
constant supervision and training
