DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presenting valuable food in excellent quality to achieve guest satisfaction and profit.
Applying Texas Roadhouse products and services standards.
Handling six top three tables.
Providing menu knowledge to guests while taking order.
Assisting guests for product selection by suggestive sailing.
Increasing PPA by suggesting bar drinks & desserts.
Following standard steps of service.
Coordinating with coworkers for smooth restaurant operations.
 TIM HORTONS UAE –Supervisor (From-30th nov.2011 to 29th nov.2013)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report on a weekly basis, to the Coffee shop Manager on all relevant issues or
general concerns.
Assist the Coffee shop Manager in ensuring that the shop is effectively managed and
provides optimal quality value for money products and services.
Ensuring health and safety of all Staff members, customers and any approved
contractors utilizing the services / facilities of the shop.
Ensuring all relevant staff complies with all health and safety, fire and building
regulations and procedures.
To ensure the delivery of a positive image of the brand by displaying high standards
of professionalism, politeness, conduct and service.
Ensuring cleanliness and safety at workplace.
STAFFING:
Supervising and supporting staff working in the coffee shop, so as to effectively and
safely discharge the company’s aims and objectives.
Report to the Retail Manager on staffing matters as required.
Training new staff as per company standards.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:
Keeping sufficient stock in coffee shop to meet demand, stock awaiting sale is kept
at optimum condition and wastage is minimized and recorded.
Ensuring coffee machines are in good working order and maintained on a regular
basis.
Keeping proper record of different licenses like fire control services, municipality
approvals , health cards of all the staff.
Ensuring highest standards of customer care at all times.
Maintain a clean and tidy shop area.
Assist the Retail Manager with the effective promotion and advertising of shop
services activities and products, completing all required paperwork.
Ensure the daily and weekly cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard.
FINANCIAL AND STOCK CONTROL:
Assist the Retail Manager in ensuring effective control of relevant stocks and assets,
ensuring any transfer of stock to other shops is correctly recorded.
Assist the Retail Manager in achieving the daily sales targets.
At the end of the day making sure that accurate cash out is done and keeping money
in safe.
Ensuing that all relevant staff is adheres to current financial policies.
Supervise deliveries, including the checking of delivery notes and verification of
delivered goods.
Notify Manager of any problems that are notified with the delivery of goods.
Assist the Manager with regular stock-takes as required.
Operate such other systems of control and keeping such records as shall be required
by the Manager.
 KAMBALA HOSPITALITY PVT LTD. Dining Room Service Captain (7- Months)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Anticipate guest needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to
ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience.
Maintain communication with and supports the Assistant restaurant Manager,
restaurant manager and General Manger.
Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness
and safety.
Manage the guest reservation system.
Receive and greets members and guests; assist with seating.
Check tables throughout service times for guest satisfaction, resolve guest
complaints.
In absence of the Assistant restaurant Manager and restaurant Manager may serve
as Manager on Duty (MOD) and handle opening or closing procedures.
Supervise the dining room staff and maintain uniform service standards.
Conduct daily line-up with dining room staff.
Ensure side work is completed everyday and dining room supplies are stocked.
Reports any supply shortages to the Assistant Clubhouse Manager.
Review daily specials, stations and other applicable announcements.
Train new-hires in service standards, menu items, micros system and up- selling.
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for proper food service.
Act as initial contact for disciplinary actions. Assure that actions are consistent and
accurate.

I have Completed 3 month’s industrial training In Vivanta by Taj Blue Diamond
Pune. This is a 5star property of Taj Group. I have got trained in Food & Beverage,
Front office department Including banquet sales & reservations.
