 Effectively lead and motivate the F&B team through implementation of in house
trainings and incentive plans, to improve their quality with regards to product knowledge
and service skills, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction
 Managing the entire course of food and beverage service inclusive of practicing
principles of hotel, ensuring guest is served effectively and efficiently with total

 Planning and monitoring the outlet forecast and P&L on a constant basis.
 Monitoring of outlet daily financial reports and expenses.
 Managed inventory control and purchase of certain food, beverages and small wares
within budgeted guideline
 Managing and ensuring a smooth running of the daily F&B service operation of the
outlet.
 Organizing the team’s yearly vacation calendar.
 Preparing outlet-training manuals.
 Continuous monitoring, coaching and counseling of the outlet team.
 Carrying out reasonable duties assigned by Manager or Department head.
 Scheduling associates, checking grooming standards and maintaining attendance records
of the associates.
 Preceding communication meetings, conducting daily briefings & maintaining a
hospitable atmosphere by setting positive examples.
 Ensuring that all operating equipment’s are kept in hygienic, clean and good working
condition, following up any maintenance defect.
 Complying with all rules, policies and practices of the hotel as stipulated in the staff
handbook or any subsequent additions or amendments issued by management.
 Assisted guests in selecting items from the menu and ensuring it was made to their
specifications.
 Up selling special promotions and menus to the guest..
 Meeting with guests and organizing the outlet as a catering venue as and when required.
 Corrective action based on guest feedback.
 Carry out briefings on a daily basis.
 Preparing team daily duties schedule.
