To whom it may concern,
I had the pleasure of working with Dawn Heller during her time as one of our
Administrative Assistants. As the Director of Operations I managed our corporate office
which involved working with Dawn on a daily basis. The year and a half we had with her
was not near as long as I would have hoped.
Part of Dawn’s duties included answering incoming phones calls, responding to our
customer service emails, managing our tester program (retail orders) and double
checking data entry for accuracy. I am pleased to inform you that she was by far the
best customer service representative we have ever employed. She was great at
connecting with customers and every phone call ended on a positive note. Her ability to
catch mistakes and her attention to detail resulted in a drastic decrease in orders being
process with errors. Dawn learned so quickly that although she was one of our newer
employees, she answered many of the questions the rest of our team always had for
me. It was wonderful having someone that could assist me in constantly solving other
employee’s questions and problems.
It is clear to me that Dawn should be in a management position. She has impressed me
with her ability to learn quickly, diffuse any situation, incredible customer service, assist
coworkers in a way that only I could, and being an overall ideal employee. I can picture
Dawn working for a large corporation and managing her own team someday. She has
the skills and ability to do great things and would be an asset to any company that is
fortunate enough to hire her.
