Pleaseaccept this letter of recommendation on behalf of DanielleLozano. I have had the opportunity to work with
Daniellein her many different roles from Ops AD, ProjectLead, Collaborator,and NortheastPOC. In each of these
roles shehas made them her own, and pushed the limits progress. I haveonly met a few Leaders of the business
that are as dynamic,and progressiveminded as her. Witnessingher growth over the pastfew years as been not
only motivating to me but the influenceshe has on others is mind blowing.
Whilereportingto her as a center Consultant, shetaught me many things to improve my own skillswhilewe
partnered together to better our local call center. Danielleturns groups into teams, and peers into collaborators
whileeveryone is driven to perform at a higher level. For example, when I was given a task to complete a
Supervisor time study she challenged me to go in with no preconceptions of what I knew, but to startfresh and
with open my eyes. She also supplied me with a book, “Leadership and Self Deception,” which was awesome in
relationship to my project. The level of questions,attention to details in numbers,and being ableto look past the
already known ideas assisted me in creatinga listof great recommendations that we implemented for our center.
I was coached to deliver with confidence, partnership and trustthat motivated me to own and deliver on ways to
better the lives of our supervisors. I continueto recommend this read when speak to our Leaders today!
When Danielleis setto create change and progress the business peopleare amazed by her drive,and tenacity.
This was apparent when she led the charge to improve our Repeat % for the NE. Whiledigginginto the numbers
and questioningreporting that was obviously notin linewith actual events shedid not settle for what people
thought was strived for examples, and explanations. Through her determination she was ableto not only clean up
the reporting which immediately improve the number but lead the NE in an Area wide effort to “Defeat the
Repeat!” All center POCs for this project were energized, and this was apparentwhen I visited centers. By her
influence,centers were pushinghard to improve the customer experience by divinginto Repeats, and to get on
her radar. Her passion is contagiousand others flock to associatewith her so they too can make a difference in
our business. GreatLeaders can draw influencebut not all can do itjustby being in the room or on the phone.
I have many examples that I have witnessed firsthand thatdetail that DanielleLozano is an assetto our business,
but itboils down to what makes up her skills.
